Gallery d’Arte, 548 West 28th Street, Suite 328, New York City is pleased to present Pop Up Show: 氣Ghi, recent works by Anese Cho. This show will run from August 22-23th, 2016 with an opening reception on Tuesday, August 23rd from 6 to 9pm.

In her exhibition, Anese Eun Cho shows her abstract paintings that are guided by both internal and external spaces. Her work is rooted in her observations of energy and develops into spirited abstractions with her inner world that occupies a metaphoric feature. The way she interprets the forms of energy is connected to spiritual, emotional, and social ones, which have been the impetuses for mankind since the year one. These forms of energy have inspired much art making that led her completion of her works going through many process. The work is a kind of dialogue between what is related to the intimate and personal experience, but also a metaphor of reality stretched out to the amazing world we live in.
